As a digital marketer, I get to work with some of the most amazing, inspiring people. Larry Hagner is one of those people. Larry Hagner is a husband and dad of four boys. His father was absent from his life. When it was time for him to lead a family, he felt ill-equipped to deal with the challenges of being a man. So he embarked on a mission to become the best version of himself and has taken millions of other men with him on this journey.

The Dad Edge features huge names in personal development like Lewis Howes, Hal Elrod, Jim Kwik, Wes Chapman, and Peter Shankman. Sports stars, Navy SEALs, entrepreneurs, and experts in every area of life make regular visits to the show. Larry also highlights everyday, normal dads from The Dad Edge Alliance on Thursdays and hosts a Q&A with his mastermind group on Wednesdays.

The old social framework for men has disappeared and nothing had come to take its place. Men are more isolated now than ever and suffering from anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. They are bombarded with issues such as addiction, stress, anger, pornography, sexless marriages, communication, fitness and nutrition, work life balance, finances, fulfillment, on top of being a good dad and husband. The worst part is that most of them are suffering in silence and drifting through life. But The Dad Edge is changing that for all who are sick of struggling alone.

Larry and I have been working together since 2016, and it has been one of my favorite experiences. Not only do I get to be part of his mission to help men become better parents and happier, more fulfilled individuals, I get to absorb all the information from the show for myself. I have listened and transcribed hundreds of hours of content and I can’t tell you how much it has amplified my life.

When I first began with The Dad Edge, the show was known as The Good Dad Project and posted one show every Monday. The Dad Edge just recently passed its 4-year anniversary and now has three shows a week, reaching nearly 3 million downloads. Larry has founded a mastermind community called The Dad Edge Alliance where 330 men from all over the world meet online, learn from each other, and do life together. The Dad Edge also had their first live event this past summer and is hosting another one in St. Louis in June 2019.

Larry Hagner produces such valuable content on The Dad Edge that it makes my job of growing his platform easy. His viral success is proof that filling the needs of your audience is the key to success. It also shows that discipline and commitment are essential. Larry Hagner has not missed one episode since his podcast began.

I’m honored to be part of this movement, and I can’t wait to see what Larry Hagner and The Dad Edge community will become in the future. Make sure you check out the show. It is a life-changer!
