Writers are thought of as strange, solitary creatures. Many of us spend more time with the characters in our heads instead of real people, including me. This is a great modus operandi for the actual writing part, but when it comes to all the other elements that go into getting published, flying solo is not the best way for us.
Behold the Writers’ Mastermind Group!
I’ve recently joined a woman’s group that has multiplied my progress in business. It features courses on every topic imaginable, ‘mastermind’ conference calls, and a private group for one low monthly subscription. I thought, imagine if writers had this same resource! Why struggle trying to figure everything out on your own when you can have the brains of multiple writers, marketers, and publishing experts on your team?
I set up a Twitter poll to see what my friends thought I should name this new mastermind membership platform for writers. There was a tie between writersemerge and letsgetpublished.
I’m making my first official unofficial announcement: I’m starting a WRITERS’ MASTERMIND MEMBERSHIP platform. 😃

My final decision was Let’s Get Published. I thought it sounded inclusive and empowering.
